The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is nice. It worth the money. They provide transportation services and that service is very good and the prices are fair. Thank you.

We chose this hotel after a late arrival at airport.

We chose this hotel after a late arrival at airport. This hotel is convenient to get a stop outside of Amman downtown, on the road to Jerash or to Dead Sea / Madaba. The staff was very nice and proposed typical "foul" at breakfast.

Good value for money, big room.

We needed a hotel to accommodate me and my husband for one night before catching the flight home. I’ve choose the hotel based on the fact that it had the best price and rating on the 4 star category. The expectations were not high based on the fact that the price was the best found, but as we would be checking in at midnight the only thing we wanted was a clean room. It failed dramatically! Fist of all the staff English was close to 0. When we’ve asked between what time the breakfast would be served the answer was “7” and after repeatedly asking until what time and geting only “7” as answer he said ok 8. Then we asked not even 9, and he said “ok 9”. As we are frequent travelers and live mostly in hotels we were expexting a set time for breakfast but no. When we entered the room big surprise, huge room, great facilities we were amazed. Then when we checked,the bed the sheets were full of hairs (and not from the head) it was absolutely disgusting. Then I’ve noticed on one armchair cigarette ash and a lot of it. We went downstairs to get the room changed and the staff did not even apologize. He just took us to another room where the situation was the same, and then yet another room that we just accepted beeing so late already. Checking the bathroom the toilet paper was missing. So another trip downstairs to tell them. In the morning we were not able to wake up and decided to skip breakfast altogether, but surprise they called our room around 8.30-9 to remind us I guess because we didn’t answer the phone. At checkout it was someone else at the reception and the only question we had was if the “souk” or “bazaar” are open today and he just shook his head like he doesn’t understand and as far as I know this are arabic not English words. Good thing we only booked a night!

Good value for a nice hotel in Amman

The staff was incredibly friendly - everyone was more than anxious to help us out. I got the feeling this is a new hotel (stayed in April 2019); everything is brand new and clean. Easy parking, good breakfast.

My only (tiny) complaint - there was some kind of drumming noise going on at night; not sure if that was a one-time occurrence or if there's something noisy located nearby. It wasn't enough to keep me from going to sleep, just kind of annoying.

For three stars is perfect, for four stars the facility is not yet ready

Stuff was amazing. They are really open and want to make your experience of staying there as good as possible, despite all the obstacles (look at negative part).

Hotel is new, at least it was when we were there (April 2019). There were not so many visitors, so at the evening kitchen was not working, but staff ordered for us delivery, they didn't mind if we would drink our wine (bar was also not working) and they have served hot beverages. There were some other smaller issues, but staff solved everything really fast.

Would't recommend

We doubt the bedsheets were changed before our arrival as they had stains. We were given another room after complaining, but the situation wasn't better. So, we slept with our clothes as it was quite disgusting to stay in beds. Poor choice of breakfast. We wouln't come back here again. It's not a four star hotel.

Wedding going on. Lots of noise in whole hotel. I mived one floor up, but still the beat sounds made everything tremble.In room not everything worked: Tv and Airco. However, the staff tried to assist as good as they could. So, maybe this was just bad luck.

Very nice new hotel

Very nice new hotel with many parking spaces. In the room is heating/air-con, fridge, hair-dryer and everything what you need. The breakfast was awesome (especially the hummus and heart-shaped falafels). Staff is very nice too. We enjoyed our stay.
